Can I choose my scents?
No. Our Mystery Boxes are lucky-dip selections from our home fragrance collection. Specific scents or products cannot be requested. That’s all part of the surprise! Boxes may include a mix of fragrances from across our collection, including seasonal scents such as festive favourites. You’re welcome to enjoy them now or save them for later in the year.
If I order more than one box, will the scents be the same?
We always try to vary scents where possible, but as selections are made at random, duplicate fragrances may occasionally occur.
What if a scent isn’t to my taste?
As these are surprise selections, personal scent preferences can’t be guaranteed. If something isn’t quite for you, they make lovely gifts and can be tucked in your present drawer for future birthdays and special occasions.
Are the ceramic burners in the Indulgence Box faulty?
No. They may have a very small cosmetic imperfection, but they are fully functional and perfectly usable.
Can I use a discount code on a Mystery Box?
No. The savings are already reflected in the price of each box, so additional discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied.
Are Mystery Boxes refundable or exchangeable?
As these are curated mystery selections, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty.
What if there is a fault with my order?
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to help.
